What Schylling has said about new stock
On its NeeDoh page Schylling says: “Sold out online due to overwhelming demand. New inventory on the way.” Its product pages add that it is taking a short pause on new orders and “Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated date when we will resume orders.” (both checked Oct 30, 2026).
The shortage is about demand, not a one-off delay. CEO Paul Weingard told Business Insider in April 2026: “Literally, within the first nine weeks of the year, we'd sold through the whole year's inventory,” and said the company hoped to fully meet demand by the summer. In June 2026 he told Bloomberg: “We're increasing production significantly, I'd say dramatically, but nowhere near the level of overall orders that we're getting.”
In the UK, official distributor Bigjigs Toys says it “can't always guarantee when our next stock will be in due to high demand.”

Is there a restock schedule?
No retailer or Schylling source we found gives one. Target's help page says quantities are limited and availability changes quickly; Walmart's says “We restock items as quickly as we can.” and that some high-demand items have purchase limits. Posts claiming fixed weekday restocks at Target or Walmart come from social media and unofficial sites, not from the retailers.

How restock alerts work at each retailer
Target:an out-of-stock product page can show a “notify me when it's back” button. Target notes that exclusions may apply for high-demand or limited items and that the notification doesn't apply to store inventory, so also check stock at nearby stores from the product page.
Walmart: try selecting a different Walmart store to see if the item is available nearby.
Amazon:“Currently unavailable” means the item isn't available to order and may not be in stock again. When a listing has no featured offer, any remaining sellers are third parties, often far above the $6–15 list price; our tracker flags those prices.

Finding NeeDoh in stores near you
Schylling's NeeDoh page links to Target, Walmart and Amazon and has an authorized dealer directory for the United States and Canada. Buying from a listed dealer is also the simplest way to avoid counterfeits; see how to spot a fake NeeDoh.
